Why can WOGI cancel a transaction after my bank approves it?

All card transactions are reviewed through security and fraud-prevention checks. In some situations, a transaction may be assessed as high-risk (for example, based on transaction volume or ordering patterns).

When this happens, WOGI may void/cancel the pre-authorisation before capture, meaning:

· the payment is not completed,

· no funds are captured by WOGI, and

· the Gift/voucher is not issued for that attempt.
