What is a pre-authorisation (authorisation hold)? Why can WOGI cancel a transaction after my bank approves it? I see a pending amount on my card. Did WOGI take my money? How can I tell if I was actually charged? What should I do if the transaction is Pending/Authorised?

If your bank shows the transaction as Pending/Authorised, it is likely an authorisation hold.Please contact your bank’s technical/Tier-2 support and ask about the release of an authorisation hold that was voided by the merchant.
