I see a pending amount on my card. Did WOGI take my money?

In most cases, a pending card amount is an authorisation hold, not a completed charge.

If the authorisation was voided before capture, WOGI did not receive your funds.

The release of a pending hold is handled by your issuing bank, according to their timelines. WOGI is not able to control or speed up the release.
