What is a pre-authorisation (authorisation hold)? Why can WOGI cancel a transaction after my bank approves it? I see a pending amount on my card. Did WOGI take my money? How can I tell if I was actually charged? What should I do if the transaction is Pending/Authorised?

Check your bank’s transaction status:


· Pending / Authorised / Approved: usually a temporary authorisation hold

· Posted / Settled / Completed: usually a finalised charge

If you’re unsure, your bank’s technical or Tier-2 support team can confirm whether the transaction was captured/settled.
