What should I do if the transaction is Posted/Settled?

If your bank shows the transaction as Posted/Settled (a completed charge), please contact WOGI Support and include:• the date/time and amount,• any order reference (if available), and• a screenshot showing the transaction as Posted/Settled (not Pending).We will investigate and assist accordingly.
