If your voucher shows as invalid or you are unable to redeem it, please follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.



1. Check the Voucher Expiry Date
• Make sure your voucher is still within its validity period.
• The expiry date is printed directly on the voucher itself.
• Please note that expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or extended, so it’s important to use your voucher before it expires.


2. Verify Merchant Compatibility
• Confirm that your voucher is being redeemed according to the instructions provided.
• Some vouchers are merchant-specific and cannot be used at other stores, websites, or apps.
• Follow the redemption steps exactly, including any restrictions on products, services, or promotions, to avoid errors.


3. Check the Redemption Method

In-Store Redemption
• Present the voucher code or barcode/QR code at the cashier.
• Avoid using printouts or screenshots if the voucher requires digital display.
• Refresh the barcode/QR code page before presenting, as some codes may be dynamic.
• Some vouchers may not be applicable at self-service kiosks, so confirm with the cashier.
• Check if the voucher is valid for the items or services you are purchasing.


Online Redemption
• Enter the voucher code exactly as provided, including letters, numbers, and capitalization.
• Avoid extra spaces before or after the code; copy-paste is recommended.
• Enter the code at the designated section as per the redemption instructions, as some websites have different areas for voucher code entry.
• Ensure you are redeeming on the correct website or app specified by the voucher.
• Certain vouchers may be restricted to specific product categories or cannot be combined with other promotions.
• Refresh the page or try a different browser if the system shows an error.
• Some vouchers might require redirection to the merchant’s website to display the voucher code or to add the voucher directly to the merchant app.


Use the “Copy Link” Button (If Available):

  1. On your voucher page, click the “Copy Link” button.
  2. Open a new browser window on your device.
  3. Paste the copied link into the address bar and go to the page.
  4. The page will either:
    • Display the voucher code for redemption, or
    • Redirect you to the merchant’s page to add the voucher directly to your merchant app.

This is helpful if the voucher was originally opened in an in-app browser, which may block the code display or prevent proper redirection.


4. If the Issue Persists
If the above steps do not resolve your concern, you can:
• Contact your reward provider or platform for verification.
• In-store: Ask the store manager for assistance.
• Online: Reach out to the merchant’s website support team.
