If your voucher does not show a code, please follow the steps below to identify the issue.
1. Some Vouchers Do Not Require a Code
- Certain vouchers may not require a separate code for redemption.
- Redemption may be completed using a barcode, QR code, merchant PIN, or other merchant-specific details instead.
- Always check the voucher details or instructions to confirm whether a code is needed.
2. Vouchers That Require Additional Steps to Receive the Code
- Mobile reload vouchers: No code is provided. Instead, you may need to enter your mobile number or other required details to complete the redemption.
- Click-to-redeem vouchers: Some vouchers include a button or link to access your code. Make sure to click it to reveal the code.
3. If the Issue Persists
