I Did Not Redeem My Voucher, But It Showed as USED

If your voucher shows a “USED” status even though you have not redeemed it, please follow the guidance below.
1. Understand the “USED” Stamp
• The “USED” stamp appears only when someone clicks the “Mark as Used” button on the voucher page.
• It is a personal tracking tool and does not reflect the actual redemption status in the merchant system.
• If you see the stamp, it may have been accidentally clicked by you or someone with access to your account.
2. Reverse the “USED” Status
• If the voucher was mistakenly marked as used, you can reverse it by clicking “Mark as Unused”.
• This will remove the “USED” stamp for future reference.
• Note: Reversing the stamp does not affect the actual redemption status with the merchant.
3. Confirm Actual Redemption (Optional)
• If you want to ensure the voucher has not been redeemed, you can check your voucher, merchant account, order history, or redemption confirmation.
• WOGI cannot see redemption records that are stored solely in the merchant system.
4. Need Further Assistance?
• If you are still unsure about the voucher, contact the merchant’s support team or WOGI Support Team.
• Provide your voucher details and any relevant information to help verify the status.
