Is My Voucher Redeemed/Used?

If you are unsure whether your voucher has already been redeemed or used, please follow the guidance below.



1. Check the Voucher Display

• Some vouchers will clearly show the redemption status directly within the voucher page.
• If the voucher supports this feature, you may see a status such as “Redeemed”, “Redeemed at”, or similar.
• If the status is visible, you can rely on this to confirm whether the voucher has already been redeemed.


2. Vouchers Without Visible Redemption Status

• For certain vouchers, the redemption or usage status is NOT displayed within the voucher.
• This may occur when the redemption record is stored only in the merchant’s system.
• In these cases, the voucher page will not show whether the voucher has been redeemed.


3. Use the “Mark as Used” Feature (If Applicable)

• Some vouchers include a “Mark as Used” button.
• If you have redeemed or used the voucher, you may click this button to manually label the voucher as used.
• The voucher will then display a “USED” stamp for easy future reference.
• If needed, you may also reverse this action by clicking “Mark as Unused”, and the stamp will be cleared.
• This tool is for your personal tracking and does not affect the actual redemption status in the merchant system.


4. If You Are Still Unsure

• If you cannot confirm the voucher status after checking the voucher page, please contact the merchant’s support team or WOGI Support Team for further assistance.
