I Didn’t Receive the Voucher

If you did not receive your voucher via email or SMS, please follow the steps below to identify the issue.
1. Confirm That the Voucher Was Successfully Issued
If you redeemed or ordered your voucher through a third-party platform, app, or reward provider, please ensure that the redemption or order was successfully completed and delivered.
In some cases, the voucher may not appear in your email or SMS if:
- the redemption/order was not fully completed, or
- the issuing platform has not delivered the voucher yet.
If you are unsure, please reach out to your reward provider’s support team to confirm the delivery status before contacting WOGI.
2. Check Your Email or SMS Inbox
If your voucher was confirmed as issued or delivered, please check the following:
For Email Delivery
- Inbox
- Spam / Junk folders
- Promotions folder
- Search for keywords such as “WOGI”, “gift card”, or the voucher name
- Ensure your mailbox is not full
- If using a corporate email, verify that external messages are not blocked
- Please do not unsubscribe from WOGI emails or block the WOGI email domain, as this will prevent you from receiving your voucher and future notifications
For SMS Delivery
- Ensure your mobile number is correct
- Check for any SMS blocking settings
- Confirm that your TELCO or device is not filtering unknown senders
- Restart your phone to refresh your inbox
3. If the Issue Persists
If the above steps do not resolve your concern, please contact your reward provider or platform directly.
They will be able to verify your redemption/order status and assist further if the voucher was not delivered successfully.
