If your payment shows as Posted/Settled/Completed, but your Gift/voucher is not available yet, it usually means your order is still being processed. In most cases, delivery is quick, but there are situations where it can take longer.

Common reasons for delayed delivery

1) Additional security and risk checks

To protect customers, vendors, and the platform, some orders are selected for additional security screening. This can happen when an order shows patterns that require extra verification (for example, unusual order size, volume, or activity pattern).

If your order is under review:

· your payment may already be completed, and

· delivery may be delayed until checks finish.

We do not disclose the detailed triggers or parameters used in these checks.

2) Payment confirmation timing

Even after a bank indicates “completed,” the final confirmation and reconciliation between payment systems can take time, depending on the payment method and card network.

3) System or vendor-related processing delays

Occasionally, delays may occur due to high traffic periods, system processing queues, or vendor-side issuance/stock constraints (where applicable).

What you should do?

Please contact WOGI Support and provide:

· your order ID (or the email/phone used for purchase),

· the transaction date/time and amount, and

· a screenshot showing the charge as Posted/Settled.

We will check the order status and assist you.

Important note

If a transaction is Pending/Authorised, it is not a completed charge. Please refer to the article “How can I tell if I was actually charged?” for guidance.
