Are there spending or transaction limits on my WOGI account? (Security Controls)

To protect our customers, vendors, and the WOGI platform from fraud and misuse, WOGI applies security controls that may include limits on account activity. These controls help prevent unauthorised use, abnormal ordering patterns, and suspicious transaction behaviour.
What kinds of limits may apply?
Depending on the situation, WOGI may apply limits such as:
· limits on the number of transactions within a period of time,
· limits on the total value of purchases within a period of time,
· limits on the frequency of payment attempts,
· limits on the use of certain payment methods, and/or
· temporary restrictions on purchases while additional checks are performed.
Why do these limits exist?
These limits support security and compliance objectives, including:
· reducing fraud and chargebacks,
· preventing misuse of accounts or payment methods,
· protecting vendors from suspicious redemption patterns, and
· keeping the platform safe for all users.
What happens if I hit a limit?
If your activity triggers internal security limits:
· a transaction may be declined or cancelled,
· an authorisation may be voided before capture, or
· an order may be delayed while additional verification checks are completed.
Can WOGI tell me the exact limit or threshold?
For security reasons, we do not share the exact thresholds or rules behind these controls. These controls are reviewed and adjusted over time.
