Terms, limitations, and jurisdiction

The use of WOGI, WOGIflex, and WOGI$ (collectively referred to as “the Platform”) is governed by the WOGI Terms and Conditions, applicable local laws, and regulatory requirements. By accessing or utilizing any product or service offered through the Platform, users acknowledge and agree to be bound by these governing provisions.

Policies governing expiry, returns, refunds, redemption, and eligibility are subject to variation depending on the merchant, product type, and jurisdiction. Each voucher, card, or digital credit may carry specific terms of use established by the issuing merchant or service provider. These terms shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency with general platform policies.

Users are required to review and understand all product-specific terms displayed on the respective voucher or product information page prior to completing a purchase or initiating a redemption. Failure to review such terms does not exempt the user or corporate client from compliance with the applicable conditions.

1. Validity and Expiry
   The validity period of each voucher or digital credit is determined by the issuing merchant. WOGI does not assume liability for the expiration of unused vouchers beyond the stipulated validity period.

2. Refunds and Returns
   Refund, exchange, or replacement eligibility shall be governed by the merchant’s individual policy and applicable consumer protection regulations. Unless otherwise specified, all sales are deemed final.

3. Eligibility and Redemption
   Certain vouchers or credits may be limited to specific users, regions, or redemption channels. Eligibility criteria shall be clearly indicated by the issuing merchant or within the product listing.

4. Corporate Orders and Campaigns
   Corporate clients and bulk purchasers are required to ensure that all relevant terms are reviewed and confirmed prior to initiating a large-scale order or campaign. WOGI reserves the right to refuse or amend any order that does not comply with applicable policies or legal requirements.
