How can I track whether the gift cards I've sent have been delivered?

To track the status of your gift cards on WOGI.SG, you can use both automated notifications and your account dashboard.
1. Automated Notifications
WOGI provides real-time updates via email at two critical stages:
Delivery & View: You will receive an email the moment your gift (sent via email or SMS) is successfully delivered and opened by the recipient.
Claim Confirmation: A second notification is sent once the recipient registers their WOGI account and officially claims the gift card.
2. Account Dashboard
If you want to check the status manually without searching through your emails, you can view your full history online:
- Log in to your WOGI.SG account.
- Navigate to the "Sent Gift Cards" tab.
Here, you can see a list of all gifts you have sent and their current status (e.g., whether they have been redeemed or are still pending).
3. Transaction History
For a more detailed audit trail, you can also click on your Profile and select "My History." This section lists all transactions, which is helpful if you need to verify the date of purchase or the specific delivery method used.
