How to receive a gift in WOGI.SG?

Receiving a gift on WOGI.SG is a straightforward process, but the steps vary slightly depending on whether you received an email or an SMS notification.
Step 1: Access the Gift Notification
If you received an Email: Open the email and click the redemption link provided.
If you received an SMS: The message will contain a claim code, a link or instructions to visit the WOGI website.
Step 2: Sign In or Create an Account
To officially "claim" the gift and save it for later use, you must have a WOGI.SG account:
Create an Account: If you don't have one, sign up using the same email address or mobile number where you received the gift.
Log In: If you already have an account, simply sign in.
Step 3: Claim the Gift Card
Once logged in, your gift should be waiting for you:
For Email Gifts: Clicking the link usually adds the gift directly to your account.
For SMS Gifts: Go to the "Claim Gift Card" menu on the WOGI website. Enter the Claim Code from your SMS and the last 4 digits of your phone number.
Step 4: Using Your Gift Card
You can find all your claimed gifts under the "My Gift Cards" tab.
In-Store: Open the gift card on your phone and show it to the cashier. They will likely scan the voucher to complete the transaction. (Note: Screenshots or printouts are often not accepted).
Online: Copy the gift card code and paste it into the "Promo Code" or "Gift Card" field at the merchant’s checkout page (e.g., Shopee, Grab, or Lazada).
