GrabGifts – Redemption with Voucher Code

This voucher can only be redeemed online. Redemption must be performed in the Grab app.

Redemption Steps:

1. Click on the “Continue” or ”Click to Redeem” button to activate and reveal the voucher code.
2. Copy the code and open your Grab app.
3. On the homepage of your Grab app, click More in the services selection, then click on Gifts.
4. Click on the gift icon in the top right corner.
5. Enter the voucher code and click Done or Enter on your mobile keyboard.
6. Tap “Pick Your Gift”, then proceed to save the e-voucher to your My Rewards page.
7. Select a service and choose your preferred gift breakdown (if applicable).
8. Once completed, the e-voucher will be successfully redeemed. Tap “View My Rewards” to confirm.
9. Follow the booking steps and select “Offer” to apply your e-voucher during checkout.

Q1: Can I change the selected service or denomination breakdown after selection?
A: No. Once the service or denomination breakdown has been selected, it cannot be reversed or modified.

Q2: Can this voucher be exchanged, cancelled, or refunded?
A: No. The voucher cannot be exchanged, canceled, or refunded.

Q3: What should I do if my voucher was used in a cancelled order?
A: If the voucher was used in a cancelled order, reinstatement or replacement can only be assisted by the Grab team. Please reach out to Grab Support for further assistance.

Q4: What should I do if I reach the redemption limit?
A: Redemption limits are set by Grab. If the limit is reached, please try again the following day or week when the limit has been reset.

Q5: I am unable to redeem my code. Why is there no "Redeem" button?
A: Please ensure the voucher code is entered exactly as shown, with no extra space before or after the code. There is no physical button on the screen to proceed; you must tap Done or Enter on your mobile keyboard to submit the code.

Q6: I tried to apply the code under the ‘Offers’ section during checkout, but it did not work.
A: The voucher code must be redeemed in the Gifts section in the app; directly applying the code in the ‘Offers’ section will not work.
