Can I extend the expiry date?

No. Once a gift card has expired, it is considered void and cannot be reactivated, reissued, or extended. Gift cards are valid only up to their printed or stated expiry date, and once that period has passed, any remaining balance is forfeited.
We recommend checking the validity period of your gift card as soon as you receive it and making sure to use it before the expiration date. Unfortunately, our system does not allow exceptions or extensions after expiry.
If you have an active card that is close to expiring, we encourage you to redeem it as soon as possible to avoid losing its value.
