How long does activation take?

Activation is usually instant, meaning your gift card should be ready to use right after completing the activation steps.
In some cases, however, it may take a few minutes for the balance to appear in your account or to be recognized at checkout. This can depend on the retailer’s system or network processing times.
If your card hasn’t activated after 15–30 minutes, we recommend:
Refreshing the page or logging out and back into your account.
Double-checking that you entered the code correctly.
Contacting the retailer’s customer support for assistance.
Keeping your activation confirmation handy will speed up any troubleshooting if needed.
